Carrot with raisins
Mix together 3 tbsp raisins, 2 carrots grated, 3 tsp orange juice, plus 2 tbsp grated zest from 1 orange 2 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar. Salt and pepper to season.
1/2 small cucumber grated, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon
Chicken on Stick:
Marinate 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice with 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips and grill.
